At Al Ghadeer Poultry Farms, we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality egg products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Fresh Food Products

Due to the nature of our products, eggs and other perishable food items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken.
  • The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The delivered product does not match the order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Description of the issue.

Once verified, Al Ghadeer Poultry Farms will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the affected product free of charge; or
  • Refund the value of the affected product using the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For food safety reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:

  • The package has been opened after delivery.
  • The product has been consumed.
  • The product has been stored improperly after delivery.
  • The product has been damaged due to customer misuse.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

5. Delivery Charges

  • If the issue is caused by Al Ghadeer Poultry Farms, all replacement or refund shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • If the return request is not related to a product defect or delivery error, the request may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.
